The consultant will be responsible for client engagement, designing and implementing risk and compliance solutions, and overseeing project delivery. They will also act as a thought leader, staying updated on industry trends and contributing to the enhancement of offerings. Additionally, the role supports business development by assisting the sales team with technical expertise, proposal development, and client relationship management. Training and knowledge sharing with junior consultants are also key responsibilities. A strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance frameworks (AML, KYC), and data analytics tools is essential.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement and Solution Delivery
- Lead client meetings and consultations to understand their unique risk and compliance challenges.
- Design and implement customized risk and compliance solutions, leveraging Dun & Bradstreet's extensive data resources and analytical capabilities.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Technical Expertise and Thought Leadership
- Stay abreast of the latest regulatory changes and industry trends in risk and compliance.
- Provide thought leadership within the organization and to clients, sharing insights and best practices through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance and innovate our risk and compliance offerings.
- Sales Support and Business Development
- Support the sales team in qualifying opportunities and providing technical expertise during the sales process.
- Participate in the development of sales proposals and presentations, highlighting the value of our solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to identify additional business opportunities and drive account growth.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing
- Train and mentor junior consultants and other team members on risk and compliance concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Share knowledge and experiences within the organization to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience and Skills
- Proven track record in risk and compliance consulting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment frameworks, such as Basel, COSO, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer).
- Experience in implementing risk and compliance solutions, preferably in a global context.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and regulations into actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management systems.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams at all levels.
