Job Description

The Production Manager will lead and manage teams in a continuous production workshop to ensure the optimal management of all manufacturing operations. They will ensure compliance with employee safety standards and cGMP requirements while maximizing the performance of the production tool. This includes effectively managing production staff, motivating and developing teams in a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include ensuring safety regulations are followed, understanding packaging products and processes, organizing the department to achieve factory goals, and having expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis. They will also participate in strategic investment projects, develop procedures and documents, and coach teams in Operational Excellence.
Must have:
  • Knowledge of safety rules (HSE)
  • Expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge and experience with GMP.
  • Direct management of production teams (min 4 years)
  • Fluent in French and English
Good to have:
  • WCM, TPM or Lean Manufacturing Green Belt

À propos du poste:

Encadrer et diriger les équipes d'un atelier de production en continu pour garantir la gestion optimale de toutes les opérations de fabrication. Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité des collaborateurs et des exigences cGMP, tout en maximisant la performance de l'outil de production.

Gérer efficacement et encadrer le personnel de production, tout en motivant et développant les équipes dans une culture d'amélioration continue sur le terrain.

Responsabilités principales:

Sécurité :

  • Connaître, respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité (HSE)
  • Capacité à faire évoluer la culture sécurité de l’usine

Technique :

  • Connaître les produits et les procédés de conditionnement de sa zone.
  • Organiser le département pour atteindre les objectifs de l’usine.
  • Avoir une expertise en résolution de problèmes et en analyse des causes profondes.
  • Proposer et participer à l’identification et l’implémentation des investissements et projets stratégiques pour atteindre les résultats de l’usine à plus long terme.

GMP :

  • Avoir une connaissance et une expérience des GMP pour assurer la conformité avec les attentes cGMP ainsi que le système d’opération et de documentation lié à nos produits, selon les exigences de Swissmedic, des agences de l’Union Européenne, de la FDA et d’autres agences réglementaires.
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les procédures d’utilisation et les documents nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’activité.

Organisationnel :

  • Piloter, coacher et accompagner les équipes dans la démarche d’Excellence Opérationnelle au quotidien (Pilotage quotidien, CIL, Centerlining, Problem Solving, PDCA)
  • Allouer les ressources appropriées pour répondre aux besoins des clients dans les délais, tout en respectant le budget annuel de manière optimale.
  • Fédérer les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs communs.
  • Développer les compétences et la motivation de ses équipes notamment identifiant et recrutant les meilleurs talents pour renforcer son équipe

Connaissances/ Education/ Expériences requises:

  • Diplôme : Ingénieur.e HES/EPF gestion industrielle, Pharmacien.ne industriel.le, ou formation équivalente
  • Une expérience en industrie pharmaceutique, agroalimentaire, FMCG, cosmétique ou équivalent à travers différent postes directement lié aux opérations (10 ans d’expérience)
  • Management direct d’équipe de production (min 4 ans) 
  • Français et Anglais courant
  • WCM, TPM ou Lean Manufacturing Green Belt un plus
