Project management and strong communication skills are also essential for this position.
Good To Have:
- Experience in quality in the automotive sector
Must Have:
- Proficiency in current quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving (8D, FMEA, SPC, audits)
- Good command of technical and quality documents in French and English
- In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
- Project management skills and IT tools (especially ERP/PGI)
- Communication skills: meeting facilitation, customer relations, adapting discourse to interlocutors
- BAC+5 degree (engineer level) in quality and/or automotive field
- English (read / written / spoken)
- 1 year of experience in the industrial sector
