We are looking for an Industrial Method Engineer to implement and manage industrial methods on site, deploy industrial optimization projects (Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement), implement AMDEC/flow analysis/Kaizen approaches, supervise flow management, workstation layout and optimization, and lead industrial transfer projects.

Must Have

• Implement and manage industrial methods on site.
• Deploy industrial optimization projects (Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement).

• Monitor process trials and validations on site and externally.
• Define and apply quality and productivity standards.

• Expertise in industrial methods and project management.
• Solid knowledge in Lean, continuous improvement and quality tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal and suppliers).
• Analytical mind, rigor and proactivity.
• Good communication and taste for the field.
• Engineer training (methods, mechanical, industrial or equivalent).
• Confirmed experience in demanding industrial environment.
• Mastery of Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
