Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Method Engineer M/F

• Implement and manage industrial methods on site.
• Deploy industrial optimization projects (Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement).
• Implement AMDEC / flow analysis / Kaizen approaches.
• Supervise flow management, layout and optimization of workstations.
• Lead industrial transfer projects and implementation of special lines.
• Monitor process trials and validations on site and externally.
• Define and apply quality and productivity standards.
• Contribute to cost, deadline, and process safety control.

Qualifications

Expected skills:

• Expertise in industrial methods and project management.
• Solid knowledge in Lean, continuous improvement and quality tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal and suppliers).
• Analytical mind, rigor and proactivity.
• Good communication and taste for the field.

Desired profile:

• Engineer training (methods, mechanical, industrial or equivalent).
• Confirmed experience in demanding industrial environment.
• Mastery of Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
• Professional English appreciated.
