Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Method Engineer M/F

• Implement and manage industrial methods on site.
• Deploy industrial optimization projects (Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement).
• Implement approaches such as FMEA / flow analysis / Kaizen.
• Supervise flow management, layout, and optimization of workstations.
• Lead industrial transfer projects and implementation of special lines.
• Monitor on-site and external process trials and validations.
• Define and apply quality and productivity standards.
• Contribute to cost, deadline, and process safety control.

Qualifications

Expected skills:

• Expertise in industrial methods and project management.
• Solid knowledge in Lean, continuous improvement and quality tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal and suppliers).
• Analytical mind, rigor and proactivity.
• Good communication and a taste for fieldwork.

Profile sought:

• Engineer training (methods, mechanical, industrial or equivalent).
• Confirmed experience in a demanding industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
• Professional English appreciated.
