Job Description

Wirecutter helps millions of people by researching and testing products to select the best options for readers. As a Temporary Program Coordinator, Advertising Partnerships, you will support the Wirecutter Advertising Operations team in executing a partnership campaign with a large tech brand. This role ensures seamless execution, contributing to maintaining guides with optimal buying options and highlighting partnership value. You will report to the Director of Commercial Strategy and be supervised by the Senior Advertising Product Operations Manager. Responsibilities include process management, product vetting, URL auditing, integration sheet creation, QA testing support, communication with various teams, and documentation.

Must Have:
  • Coordinate the advertising sponsorship process, following defined deliverables.
  • Vet products for onsite integration by confirming local and in-store availability, ensuring products meet eligibility criteria.
  • Audit client-provided URLs to confirm product name accuracy, correct search term formatting, and local merchant availability.
  • Populate and maintain the integration sheet for the Product Engineering team, including guide names, URLs, ID codes for primary and backup products.
  • Help with the QA testing phase of the onsite integration staging environment, verifying sponsorship coverage and link validation/accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with multiple teams including Advertising Program Management, Wirecutter AdOps, Commerce Ops, Editorial, Product, and Analytics.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Demonstrate support and understanding of journalistic independence and a strong commitment to the mission to seek the truth and help people understand the world.
  • 1 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or digital advertising processes.

As the (Temp) Program Coordinator, Advertising Partnerships, you will help support the Wirecutter Advertising Operations team by ensuring the seamless execution of our partnership campaign with a large-sized tech brand. This work directly contributes to maintaining our guides with the best buying options for our readers and highlighting the value of our partnerships. We are looking for a high level of comfort working in a collaborative team environment. You'll report directly to the Director of Commercial Strategy and be supervised by the Senior Advertising Product Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Help coordinate the advertising sponsorship process, following defined deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

The annual base pay range for this role is between:

$75,000 - $80,000 USD
