Job Description
What you'll get to do...
- Develop Care program deliveries, manage project timelines from design to release, resolve inter-team dependencies, lead production launches, and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
- Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between Product Management, Engineering and Business teams and all diverse teams like Learning & Development, Operations, Finance etc.
- You will facilitate conversations and SOW creation with vendors who provide contingent workers as needed. Handle Program Management system, communicate progress, analyze data, balance trade-offs, achieve outcomes.
- Possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, handle critical issues, foresee and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Proficiency in prioritizing results over output, managing complex projects, and gradually delivering them to meet organizational goals (objectives and key results) and landmarks is essential. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
Your experience should include...
- 12+ years of overall experience in software development industry
- 6+ years of experience collaborating directly with engineering teams, including significant experience in technical program management roles working alongside software engineering teams. Candidates must demonstrate a robust understanding of, and hands on exposure to current and new technologies.
