Job Summary

GoDaddy is seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce CRM system. This role involves end-to-end administration, creating reports and dashboards for sales performance analysis, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for insights, and implementing sales process improvements through automation. The administrator will also stay updated on Salesforce features and mentor junior team members.

Must Have

  • Manage and administer Salesforce CRM system: user management, data integrity, configuration.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales performance analysis and decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance to gather requirements, analyze data, deliver insights.
  • Design and implement sales process improvements via automation and workflow optimization.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, evaluate and recommend new capabilities.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, configuration, reporting.
  • Proven project management capabilities, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and data analysis methodologies.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience working with HubSpot
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flow Builder, Approval Process Builder, and advanced user management features
  • Background in CRM system customization and optimization

Join our team

We're looking for a Systems Administrator to take ownership of our Salesforce CRM system while providing crucial analytical and reporting support to our Sales Operations team. This role combines technical Salesforce expertise with data-driven insights to optimize our sales processes and drive business growth.

What you'll get to do...

  • Manage and administer our Salesforce CRM system end-to-end, including user management, data integrity, and system configuration changes
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that drive sales performance analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Design and implement sales process improvements through automation and workflow optimization
  • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and emerging features, evaluating and recommending new capabilities for implementation
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and professional development support

Your experience should include...

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations with a strong focus on Salesforce administration, configuration, and reporting
  • Proven project management capabilities with the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and data analysis methodologies

You might also have...

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
