Job Summary

Join GoDaddy's People Ops team to shape the future and culture. This role involves partnering with Airo Growth and Innovation leadership, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices for growth and change. You will provide HR support to boost employee engagement and retention, design and execute strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, and organization. The Senior HR Business Partner will leverage data-driven insights to align people strategies with business goals, focusing on organizational design, talent management, D&I, and career development.

Must Have

  • Work closely with Airo Growth and Innovation leadership teams and People Operations partner teams
  • Develop and implement best practices that enable growth, drive change, and scale the company
  • Provide full range of Human Resources support and leadership to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and work organization
  • Support unique performance and promotion review processes and talent programs to reduce bias
  • Champion and represent GoDaddy’s unique culture and values
  • Focus on organizational effectiveness and design activities
  • Influence diversity practices to build a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture
  • Leverage data to make people’s processes smarter and more efficient through workforce analytics and metrics
  • Manage, inspire, and develop your team to deliver results
  • Provide expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, and employee relations
  • 7+ years of HR business experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning
  • Global organizational expertise with direct experience in large organizations and mixed employee/BPO models
  • Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design, succession planning, performance management, D&I, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and M&A experience
  • Strong partnership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to listen, accept feedback, build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and drive organizational change
  • Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills, servant leader mindset, and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution
  • Ability to travel roughly twice per year

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will leverage data-driven insights and your ability to influence senior leaders to ensure our people’s strategies align with business goals and drive company success.

What you'll get to do...

  • Work closely with our Airo Growth and Innovation leadership teams and People Operations partner teams to shepherd the great Employee Experience programs already in place and also drive process improvement
  • Develop and implement best practices that enable growth, drive change when necessary, and scale the company
  • Provide a full range of Human Resources support and leadership to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to help design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work
  • Support our unique performance and promotion review process and talent programs. Our goal is to reduce bias in the career advancement of our employees, so we ask that you understand, implement and continue to experiment with ways to ensure fairness for all of our employees
  • Champion and represent GoDaddy’s unique culture and values. Create programs that both safeguard and advance our culture as a differentiator compared to other companies

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of HR business experience partnering effectively with HR functional groups including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning, including team building and relationship management skills"
  • Global organizational expertise with direct experience in large organizations, mixed employee/BPO models, and ability to influence and coach executives on strategic organizational design and scaling
  • Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design, succession planning, performance management, D&I, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and M&A experience
  • Strong partnership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to listen, accept feedback, build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and drive organizational change across complex environments
  • Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills, servant leader mindset, and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution
  • Travel required (roughly twice per year)
