You will:

  • Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing diverse projects across our global organization.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights, streamline processes, and optimize performance.
  • Navigate the complexities of a multi-cultural and diverse organization, driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Escalate actions when necessary, ensuring the best results for the business.
  • This is a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate with teams across the globe, applying your problem-solving skills, commercial mindset, and adaptability to help us stay ahead in our field.

Requirements

About You:

You are a self-driven problem-solver who thrives on challenges and finds innovative solutions. You bring a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Your integrity, sociability, and excellent communication abilities make you a valued team player in a global, multicultural setting.

Key attributes we’re looking for:

  • A curious and innovative mindset: You enjoy learning and quickly adapting to new scenarios.
  • Proactive and action-oriented: Not afraid to speak up or escalate actions when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You excel in communication and building relationships.
  • Fluency in English: Written and spoken proficiency is essential. While Swedish proficiency is a bonus, it is not mandatory.

Your Experience

  • A solid academic background, preferably in business/economics or engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in consultancy roles, demonstrating a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Exposure to international environments, whether through work, studies, or extracurricular activities.
