Job Highlight:
You will be responsible for coordinating programmatic projects and teams, ensuring coherence between activities, budget, results, and WRI Brazil's institutional strategy.
What you will do:
- Coordinate teams and supervise technical deliveries.
- Ensure alignment between projects and programmatic strategy.
- Produce impact and results reports.
- Support management in institutional articulations.
Specifically:
- Coordinate the implementation of projects related to landscape and forest restoration in the Atlantic Forest and Caatinga biomes, ensuring quality deliveries, on time and within budget.
- Assist in planning and monitoring the activities of the teams that make up the Management.
- Prepare and coordinate technical meetings, when requested.
- Elaborate technical, narrative, and financial reports for donors.
- Ensure the alignment of activities with WRI's institutional strategies.
- Identify funding opportunities in collaboration with the Development team.
- Contribute to the elaboration of project proposals.
- Support the cultivation of relationships with donors and strategic partners.
- Coordination of activities
- Support the coordination of multidisciplinary teams in project implementation.
- Contribute to planning and monitoring processes for activities.
- Assist in knowledge management and information exchange between WRI areas.
- Support WRI Brazil's representation in articulations related to landscape and forest restoration.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with public, private, multilateral organizations, academia, and civil society.
- Support the internal communication of the Management, as well as communication with the other teams of the Program.
- Support the strategic communication of WRI results and recommendations to various audiences.
What you will need:
- Graduation in Agronomy, Forest Engineering, Biology, Geography, Project Management, International Relations, Financial Management or related fields.
- Desirable previous experience of 8 years in programmatic projects
- Advanced English
