AnyDesk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project and Test Manager to lead software projects from inception to completion. This hybrid role involves overseeing project delivery, managing planning, execution, and coordination of testing activities. Responsibilities include defining project scope, developing project plans using agile methodologies, allocating resources, tracking projects in Jira, managing documentation in Confluence, identifying risks, and reporting to stakeholders. The role also requires developing and implementing test strategies, coordinating various testing types (functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance), monitoring test execution, logging defects, and maintaining test documentation. A key aspect is promoting quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement.
Good To Have:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- ISTQB or other QA certification
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with risk-based testing
- Experience with test coverage metrics
- German language skills
Must Have:- Strong listening, logic, and communication skills

- 2+ years in test/QA management
