Job Description

The Project Manager / Data Manager will be responsible for supporting system enhancements, data management, dashboard development, and process improvements across enterprise-wide hospitality operations. This includes streamlining data systems, monitoring tool adoption, and providing post-implementation support. The role involves assisting with forecasting, data integration, and maintaining data systems. The candidate will also be creating visual timelines, tracking invoice exceptions, resolving operational issues, updating workflows, and conducting data review. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to support and train cross-functional teams. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

  • Project and data management experience within hospitality or a similar industry.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Adaco, BSS templates, GIM, LIM, and vendor management systems.

We’re seeking a Project Manager / Data Manager for a hybrid opportunity with a leading hospitality group in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will support system enhancements, data management, dashboard development, and process improvements across enterprise-wide hospitality operations. You’ll work closely with various teams to streamline data systems, monitor tool adoption, and provide critical post-implementation support.

Project Manager / Data Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support improvements to forecasting processes and general ledger (GL) detail enhancements.

  • Assist with hotel data cleanup and integration of standardized formulas into BSS templates, including ongoing maintenance.

  • Maintain and automate GIM and LIM data systems.

  • Format and align Adaco data for integration into BSS templates.

  • Track adoption of CMH tools and processes.

  • Monitor implementation and adoption progress across franchises.

  • Create visual timelines to highlight improvements in deployment speed.

  • Track invoice exceptions and conduct root cause and corrective action analysis.

  • Monitor processes and resolve operational issues.

  • Update and optimize GFS workflows.

  • Conduct cleanup and data review for support desk systems and vendor management tools.

  • Establish improved naming conventions to prevent duplicate vendor entries.

  • Provide post-hypercare support for properties, including mass data updates, office hours, and coordination of training sessions.

  • Expand the BSS job aid library to address frequent issues and support user self-service.

Project Manager / Data Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project and data management within hospitality or a similar industry.

  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, general ledger, and data integration systems.

  • Proficiency in managing dashboards, tracking metrics, and conducting root cause analysis.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Adaco, BSS templates, GIM, LIM, and vendor management systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and train cross-functional teams.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
