Job Summary
Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a PUBG IP Franchise China Operations Business PM with 3 to 5 years of experience. The role involves managing PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS operations in China, developing and executing business strategies, and collaborating with various platforms and partners. Responsibilities include analyzing market data, driving Go-to-Market execution, and coordinating with marketing and live service teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese and Korean, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience with FPS games, particularly PUBG, and knowledge of the Chinese gaming market and regulations are a plus.
Must have:
- Proficient in Chinese and Korean business communication
- Problem-solving and excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- No disqualification for overseas business trips
Good to have:
- FPS game preference, especially PUBG player
- Understanding of Chinese culture, gaming market, and regulations
- English communication skills

- 현지 파트너사(플랫폼 등)와의 커뮤니케이션 및 협업
- 중국 시장 관련 데이터 분석 및 인사이트 도출
- 사업 관련 중국어 통/번역 업무
- 마케팅/라이브 서비스 등 관련 부서와 협업하여 전략 실행
