Publicans proactively resolve issues and consistently deliver a positive atmosphere, excellent service, and smiles every shift.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, including manual handling and lifting
• Experience, presence, and pride to effectively manage a pub

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
