The QA Analyst will provide software quality assurance engineering across multiple applications and system elements, with a focus on the banking sector. Key responsibilities include defining test requirements, leading test plan creation, and designing, developing, and executing various test plans, including performance and automated tests. The role also involves developing and maintaining test frameworks, documenting issues, evaluating new functionalities, and optimizing testing strategies.

Must Have

  • Define test requirements and lead the creation of software test plans.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, including performance and automated tests.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain well-structured, scalable, and automation-oriented test frameworks.
  • Write high-quality documentation, identifying and recommending solutions to observed problems.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to optimize testing strategies.
  • Graduated Systems Engineer.
  • Advanced technical English.
  • Experience in the banking sector.

  • Provides software quality assurance engineering (QA) in multiple applications and system elements, with proven experience in the banking sector.
  • Defines test requirements and leads the creation of software test plans.
  • Contributes to architecture and design reviews.
  • Designs, develops, and executes test plans, including performance tests and automated tests.
  • Develops, improves, and maintains well-structured, scalable, and automation-oriented test frameworks.
  • Writes high-quality documentation, identifying and recommending solutions to observed problems.
  • Evaluates the impact of new functionalities on existing tests and analyzes the feasibility of testing new features.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements process improvements to optimize testing strategies.
  • Supports team members in writing scripts, expected results, test results, and defect descriptions.
  • Prepares and estimates effort and schedule, in addition to developing a comprehensive test plan.
  • Provides regular personal and team status updates to the leader or manager.
  • Assists in creating training and skill development plans for less experienced resources.
