Job Summary
As a member of the QA team, you will focus on various game systems and their interconnections. Your task will be not only to test and ensure their flawless functionality but also to provide feedback on their initial design, thus improving the quality of the entire product. In this position, you will also take responsibility for specific components of the entire product and it will be up to you to ensure that the result is the best possible. After onboarding, there is an opportunity to specialize in a specific area of interest (LQA, CQA, automation, analytics).
Must Have
- Finding bugs within established processes
- Entering bug reports into the internal system
- Responsibility for performing assigned checklists
- Overall regression and verification of fixed bugs
- Expressing observations gained during testing to designers and other teams
- Collaborating and actively communicating with other testers and other internal teams
- Performing non-standardized tasks according to QA lead instructions
- English and Czech language at a communicative level
- Good communication skills in written and spoken form
- Analytical thinking and ability to describe findings in detail
- Ability to work independently and within smaller teams
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize assigned work
- Ability to quickly learn established processes and take responsibility for completed tasks
- Basic knowledge of the production development cycle (SDLC)
Good to Have
- Previous experience with game testing
- Basics of programming languages (C#, JS, Python, ...)
- Experience with CQA or LQA
- Experience with automation
- Experience with writing technical documentation or test scenarios
- Knowledge of working with game engines

Additional information for the selection process
- The selection process is 3 rounds and will last approximately until the end of February 2026
- Start date April 1, 2026 or May 1, 2026
- The 1st round of the selection process is a questionnaire and a short testing task. Evaluation of this round will take place after our company-wide holiday in the week of January 12, 2026.
- The 2nd round is KCD2 testing at our company from January 29, 2026 to February 1, 2026, the testing has a larger scope, it will take approximately 4 hours
- The 3rd round is a personal interview at our offices (from February 9 to February 20, 2026)
