Job Description

The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring the quality of finished products, ensuring proper operation of QC equipment, and conducting accurate measurements. This role involves analyzing product quality, maintaining documentation, and participating in investigations of quality deterioration. The specialist will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and learn new testing methods, contributing to continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.
Must have:
  • Monitor the quality of finished products during production.
  • Ensure proper operation of quality control equipment and conduct accurate measurements and analyses during the shift.
  • Know and comply with regulatory requirements for the products and measurement/testing methods.
  • Analyze product quality and take actions to improve it.
  • Maintain quality control documentation and logs for analyses conducted during the shift.
  • Participate in the analysis of product returns and identify causes.
  • Learn new measurement and testing methods, as well as advanced testing tools.
  • Ensure the necessary conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) for testing with the required accuracy, and take corrective actions in case of non-conformity.
  • Follow safety, occupational health, and fire safety regulations.
  • Check expired materials for suitability and provide a report on findings.
  • Maintain accurate and regular electronic records of technical files (reports, images, presentations, etc.) in local systems (folders, databases such as SharePoint, AFON) in accordance with Technical Safety Department rules.
  • Investigate causes of quality deterioration in products and participate in developing corrective measures.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of job responsibilities.
