Job Description
This role involves conducting lab and plant scale trials for cement additives and performing physical testing of cement. Responsibilities include assisting in trials, evaluating results, providing inputs for product modification, troubleshooting, generating reports, and coordinating with the sales team for trial activities. The objective is to ensure effective testing and evaluation of cement additives.
Must Have:
- Able to conduct lab and plant scale trials with cement additives
- Perform physical testing of Cement
- Diploma in Civil Engineer or Chemical Engineer
- 1-2 years of experience in the cement field
- Knowledge in cement, concrete, cement additive technology, and physical testing
- Willingness to travel to remote cement plant locations

Objective:
Able to conduct lab and plant scale trials with cement additives and Physical testing of Cement
Responsibility:
- Conduct lab and Plant scale trials with cement additive in cement plants
- In house Physical Testing of cement additives against BIS standards
- Assist in conducting and evaluating cement additive at lab scale trials
- Providing trial performance inputs to modify the cement additive products
- Trouble shooting during plant trials
- Evaluation of lab and plant trial results and execution of reports
- To generate competitor activity report
- To coordinate with sales team for plant trials and lab trials activity.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Civil Engineer/Chem Engineer. 1 or 2 years of experience in cement field. Knowledge in cement, concrete and cement additive technology and physical testing. Willing to travel to remote places where cement plants are located
