Responsibilities:
Incoming inspection of semi-finished and finished products from suppliers
Final inspection of semi-finished and finished products from production
Incoming inspection of certificates of metallurgical materials and parts returned from cooperation
Receipt of the first item in the production process
Systematic maintenance of a supplier complaint register, verifying the timeliness and effectiveness of corrective actions
Preparing parts (hall A and hall B) for shipment to cooperation (passivation, galvanizing) along with preparing complete documentation
Conducting VT (visual), PT (penetrant), and MT (magnetic particle) tests in accordance with authorizations
Conducting measurements using a FARO measuring arm and preparing reports and inspection protocols
Recording, calibration, and supervision of measuring instruments
Quality support during the implementation of new projects and transfers (e.g., preparing assembly and inspection instructions).
Requirements:
Technical education
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of technical drawings
Excellent knowledge of measuring instruments
Ability to read technical drawings in German/English
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work independently
