- Conduct faro measurements, 3D measurements, and material analyses upon request.
- Possess a technical A2 diploma.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Quality Inspector
As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the TVH quality department. In this position, you are responsible for drawing up mastersheets, as it were the technical passport of a spare part. These mastersheets are used as a guideline for the incoming inspection of parts and are therefore the key to correct and high-quality stock parts. You will test the samples of new potential suppliers against these. You will come into contact with a very diverse range of parts. This vacancy is mainly for hydraulic parts and brakes.
Your role and responsibilities
- Map original parts as completely and clearly as possible using measurements and tests. You report these results via our input program, supported by the necessary photos and measurement reports, with English as the working language.
- You critically review the guidance in our input program and add extra dimensions and comments where necessary. You also review pre-set tolerances from a practical point of view and adjust them where necessary. You can seek advice from our technical specialists here.
- When technical drawings are adjusted, you check whether the necessary actions have been initiated. When parts are rejected during quality controls, you have the final decision as to whether this is justified.
- You are responsible for supporting quality inspections and you also carry out checks on samples from new potential suppliers yourself.
- At the request of colleagues, you perform faro measurements, 3D measurements, material analyses, etc.
Your profile
- You have a technical A2 diploma.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- You are practical and eager to learn.
- Working with test and measurement equipment is a challenge for you.
- The necessary dose of reporting, in combination with measuring and testing, does not deter you.
