Job Description

Valeo, a global tech company, is seeking a Quality Trainee/Apprentice/VIE in Puebla. This full-time internship/contract role involves managing component quality, releasing supplier batches, updating control plans, analyzing component failures to prevent line stoppages, and supporting supplier quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess advanced English, self-leadership, teamwork skills, and a strong focus on learning and results, contributing to greener and more secured mobility solutions.

Must Have:

Valid Facultative Insurance
Advanced English
Self-leadership for fulfilling functions
Oriented to work in manufacturing processes

Quality Control
Statistics
Ability to measure parts in CMM and metrology equipment
Knowledge of technical drawings
Component Quality Management
Release of supplier batches according to Skip lot procedure
Updating Control Plan for required part numbers
Analysis of component failures reported by UAP personnel and coordinating containment actions to avoid line stoppages
Supporting Site SQA to coordinate supplier claims
Parts measurement
