Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Lead to join their team. You will manage candidates through the interview and hiring process, lead a team of recruiting professionals, and play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies, developing comprehensive sourcing plans, coordinating with the recruiting team, collaborating with hiring managers, managing pipeline activity, facilitating meetings and key initiatives, establishing relationships with internal stakeholders, driving the offer process, engaging in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies, onboarding and training recruiters/sourcers, setting clear expectations, delivering feedback, and managing performance outcomes within the team.
Good To Have:- Proven experience in hiring talent within Eng and or Tech XFN functions - including Software Engineering and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) related roles (IC or leadership).
Must Have:- Recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
- Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
- Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
- Experience with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management and reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
