Job Summary

The Eurasia Regional Marketing Manager will drive business growth in the Eurasia region by developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Event Marketing Teams to enhance market presence and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include creating go-to-market and account-based marketing plans, analyzing campaign performance, leveraging digital tools for engagement, conducting market research, and developing high-impact marketing content. The manager will also enable sales teams and foster strong cross-functional relationships.

Must Have

  • Turkish citizenship or work permit exemption in Turkey
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful product or account-based marketing campaigns
  • Experience with outbound marketing strategies (social media, email, advertising)
  • Working experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Campaign Launchpad)
  • Ability to create engaging and innovative copy and messaging
  • Data-driven with experience in analyzing reports and metrics

The Team: The Eurasia Regional Marketing role is part of the EMEA Regional Marketing team and is focused on driving business growth in the region through targeted marketing strategies. This team member will play a crucial role in working closely with Product, Sales, and Event Marketing Teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive revenue. By leveraging insights and collaboration across departments, we aim to effectively meet the needs of our customers and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Eurasia region.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Develop and implement strategic go-to-market and account-based marketing plans tailored to the Eurasia region, utilizing a mix of digital and traditional marketing tactics to drive sales leads and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and ensure marketing initiatives align with the customer journey and buying cycle.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms, including Social Media, CRM systems and marketing automation tools, to enhance customer engagement and lead quality.
  • Conduct and present market research to identify trends and opportunities within the Eurasia region, ensuring marketing efforts are relevant and impactful.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
  • Craft and refine targeted copy and messaging; develop and optimize differentiated, customer value propositions tailored to relevant regional target personas, industries, products, and solutions.
  • Create high-impact marketing and sales enablement materials and content, including videos, infographics, brochures that effectively and creatively communicate product value.
  • Enable sales success by equipping teams with the knowledge, tools, and training needed to effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions.
  • Collaborate and foster strong relationships across Product, Sales, and Event Marketing Teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Analyse data and metrics: Track, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For:

Required qualifications and skill sets:

  • Candidates must be Turkish citizens or individual who are exempt from work permit requirements in Turkey. Candidates must possess the necessary work authorization to be eligible for employment without the need for sponsorship or assistance
  • Fluency in English is required, and while fluency in Russian is highly desirable, it is not essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation campaigns.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful product or account based marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes across outbound marketing strategies and tactics including social Media (LinkedIn, telegram) email, advertising etc.
  • Working experience of CRM tools including Salesforce, CRM and marketing automation platforms e.g. Marketo, Eloqua or Campaign Launchpad.
  • Ability to create engaging and innovative copy and messaging for marketing tactics that resonates with target audiences
  • Data driven with experience in analysing reports and metrics to assess campaign success and make operational decisions

Additional preferred qualifications and skill sets:

  • Proven experience working with commercial teams and knowledge of sales cycles and lead generation processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships across teams and internal stakeholders to drive collaborative marketing and commercial initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a strategic mindset to leverage data insights for effective decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in field and or product marketing roles, particularly within the Eurasia region, with proficiency in market research methodologies, vendor management, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
