About the role:

In the role you will be based in our centrally located office in Gothenburg, and you will be reporting to Marketing Director Europe Region North. You will work closely with five creative team members across Scandinavia and Germany. You will play a key role in aligning marketing execution across borders, identifying synergies, and ensuring consistency in delivery.

Responsibilities

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of marketing and communication projects from concept to delivery. This role ensures that timelines, budgets, resources, and quality is delivered according to plan. In this role you will:

  • Lead and coordinate the production of campaigns, events, webinars, and content across various channels.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager to align on priorities, timelines and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans.
  • Coordinate priorities and needs with production team, digital team, demand generation and product marketing as well as with external vendors.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Update relevant stakeholders and team members on project progress.

About you…

We are looking for a structured marketing project manager, with proven experience in production management, preferably in an international environment. The successful candidate has strong project management skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Building working relationships and effectively collaborating other teams is an important part of this role. If that sounds like you, then hopefully you will also be able to demonstrate the following:
