Job Description

1. Responsible for business negotiation and planning promotion of game IP cross-industry cooperation & IP linkage. Based on Infinity Nikki project's version planning and IP style, participate in annual IP linkage planning, communication, and implementation, helping the project find suitable linkage partners.

2. Combine personal project experience with internal cooperation to plan and output implementable linkage cooperation schemes for different versions and promote their execution (covering fashion apparel, FMCG, technology, animation, film and television, luxury goods, and other fields).

3. According to project requirements, complete internal and external communication and promote the implementation of linkage project management, effect tracking, etc., and be responsible for project results.

4. Maintain long-term good relationships with existing and potential brand partners.

5. Review completed linkage projects, quantify cooperation effects, accumulate methodologies, and continuously enhance linkage value.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in IP cross-industry cooperation or brand cooperation (or other related positions), with relevant cases and certain resource accumulation.

2. Familiar with game industry cooperation processes, business negotiation, and implementation; skilled in business negotiation, project management, collaborative communication, and result-oriented project responsibility.

3. Good aesthetic sense, integrated marketing mindset, and creative planning ability, with experience in marketing promotion.

4. Excellent judgment, clear thinking, ability to solve problems and control risks.

5. Understand industry trends, passionate about the gaming industry, familiarity with PapeGames' products is a plus.
