Neolytix is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Management Analyst with a strong background in US Healthcare RCM. This role involves analyzing revenue data, identifying trends, and supporting the operations team to enhance revenue performance and achieve collection targets. Key responsibilities include monitoring collections, developing strategies for revenue goals, analyzing reports for insights, and collaborating with RCM teams to resolve issues.
Good To Have:
  • Experience working on RCM tools or EHR systems (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, etc.).
  • Exposure to MIS or revenue reporting and trend analysis.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability.
Must Have:
  • Monitor and track revenue collections from clients within the RCM process.
  • Work on strategies and action plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Compare and analyze collection and revenue reports to identify variances and insights.
  • Review and interpret revenue trends; highlight areas of improvement to management.
  • Conduct data reviews with supervisors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and document process flows to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with RCM teams to resolve issues impacting revenue collection and reporting.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead internal and client calls.
  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
