The Revenue Operations - Customer Success Analyst serves as the main focal point for customers and the sales organization, bridging regional teams with HQ functions. This role involves providing support for order booking, lifecycle, delivery, and revenue recognition, ensuring a smooth process according to company policies. The analyst optimizes the supply chain by coordinating manufacturing, transportation, and warehouse resources to guarantee on-time service, maximize revenue, and minimize costs. They also manage and prioritize multiple assignments, fostering collaboration with internal customers and operations teams.
Must Have
- Provide close support to sales organization in terms of order booking, life cycle, delivery, and revenue recognition
- Serve as gate keeper to ensure smooth booking process according to company policies
- Optimize the supply chain by coordinating manufacturing, transportation, and warehouse resources to guarantee on-time service
- Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with internal customers, business units and operations team members
- Work closely with the various operations groups to properly manage inventory levels against demand
- Coordinate flow of information to supply chain, procurement, Warehouse and Shipping teams to ensure all goals are met
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments
- High level English (verbal and writing)
- Comfortable in all Office environment (outlook, excel, power point)
- Experience in global companies - sales support/customer service
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle, Tableau, Sales Force systems or any ERP system
- Experience in Hi Tech /forwarding companies

Revenue Operations - Customer success analyst is the main focal point for customers and sales organization.
As a Customer success analyst in Ceragon you will serve as the bridge between the regional teams and company customers to all required HQ functions, while providing information and transparency through all the lifecycle of an order.
The role will require you to have a strategic view while supervising the company’s key accounts from opportunity stage, through the negotiation stages until operation and delivery of customer required results
What will you do?

Job Requirements
