Job Description

The RF Test Equipment Engineer is responsible for managing all equipment requirements, focusing on data-driven approaches to track utilization, maintenance history, and scheduled preventive maintenance. This role involves troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and cost, ensuring equipment reliability and OEE. The engineer will also document user manuals, improve equipment performance, manage critical spares, and support new product introductions.
Must have:
  • Improve equipment reliability / OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), drive effective diagnoses and repairs, with sustainable results through Predictive Maintenance.
  • Document and create user manuals and integration/build instructions for Backend Assembly and Test equipment and manufacturing.
  • Improve equipment performances such as downtime and quality defect occurrences through permanent corrective actions and CIPs.
  • Perform scheduled routine maintenance, review continuous improvement plans to improve PM effectiveness.
  • Responsible for tracking and predicting critical equipment spares and components in a proactive manner to support demand and ensure product quality.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all departments and within the shift, to share progress, status, and lessons-learned.
  • Early involvement in NTI/NPI and make sure smooth transition to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Create Handler recipes and Tester Setup for new release devices/packages with good detectability controls in a shortest time.
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
  • Bachelor (or higher) in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering equivalent.
  • Microsoft office
  • Technical writing skills
  • Presentation
  • Analytical thinker with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale in your job.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills and ability to work well in a team environment to develop positive relationships.

  • Possess quality mindset and engineering curiosity to deep dive for continuous improvement.

equipment troubleshooting and CIPs necessary to minimize machine downtime and cost.

Requirements:
