Job Description

The Intelligent Automation team within Finance strives to drive efficiency across the company through automation, allowing employees to focus on more complex and value-added activities. This team collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to identify, document, and design solutions that automate manual processes using RPA technologies. The RPA Developer will join this team to execute strategies relating to NASDAQ Finance's Intelligent Automation initiative, focusing on creating solution designs, developing, testing, and deploying automation components for business-critical processes to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
Must have:
  • Collaborate with application and process owners to resolve business and technical requirements.
  • Develop process documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams.
  • Design, develop, and test automated solutions.
  • Design solutions applying RPA standard methodologies and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery.
  • Complete development in accordance with project timelines.
  • Facilitate the user acceptance testing process.
  • Resolve issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses/solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with robotic process automation and associated tools, specifically Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
  • Experience developing with APIs.
  • Knowledge of leading Automation Framework/Tools in the current market.
  • Ability to work and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization.
  • Strong desire for exploring, evaluating, and understanding new technologies.
  • Ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture.
  • Good understanding of process design documents and technical design documents within the automation space.
  • Ability to lead large business process automation efforts leveraging state-of-the-art automation solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Superior time and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and take initiative without always being directed.

About the Role:

We are looking for an RPA Developer to join our Intelligent Automation team. In this role, you will execute strategies relating to NASDAQ Finance's Intelligent Automation initiative to help drive efficiency and mitigate risk. You will be responsible for creating solution designs, developing, testing, and deploying automation components for business-critical processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with application and process owners to resolve business and technical requirements

What happens now? This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 2800 – 3100 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
