As a Sales Consultant, you will be key in creating an outstanding customer experience by greeting and guiding clients through the store, helping them find products, and presenting our offerings. You will collaborate with your team to provide exceptional service, maintain store organization, and support daily operations. We are looking for individuals passionate about fashion and retail, who are communicative, creative, and eager to learn in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Must Have

• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding what they need while presenting our products. You will need to:

• Share knowledge about fashion and products to help customers make decisions.
• Collaborate with your team to provide exceptional service at every step of the customer journey, including actively promoting the loyalty program (Hello Member).
• Ensure that the sales floor and areas behind the checkout are well-stocked, organized, and pleasant.
• Provide support for opening and closing the store.
• Represent yourself and our brand positively in all customer interactions.
