Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst will support annual budget and business plan efforts through data entry and analysis, update and publish standard reports, and track sales metrics. This role involves providing data support to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance organizations, ensuring alignment between SIOP and ACE, and creating or adjusting automated reporting templates. Candidates need a Bachelor's in Business, proficient English, 3 years of sales or business analyst experience, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Must have:
  • Support annual Budget & Business Plan effort through data entry support and analysis
  • Update and Publish Standard reports
  • Track and maintain understanding of Sales Metrics
  • Support the Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance organization with data
  • Support alignment between SIOP and ACE from line item description point of view
  • Create automatized templates for recurring reporting or adjust currently existing ones
  • Bachelor degree in Business
  • Proficient level of English (written and oral)
  • 3 years of experience in sales or business analyst position
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (Macros, Pivoting, various formulas)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint presentation development

  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Autonomous, structured, accurate and conscientious operation
  • Ability to effectively work under time pressure

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual Budget & Business Plan effort through data entry support and analysis
  • Update and Publish Standard reports
  • Track and maintain understanding of Sales Metrics
  • Support the Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance organization with data as requested but not limited to bookings, revenue, special studies etc.
  • Support alignment between SIOP and ACE from line item description point of view, as well as volumes / prices.
  • Be able to create automatized templates for recurring reporting or adjust currently existing ones, based on business needs and new requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required (Business)
  • Proficient level of English (written and oral)
  • 3 years of experience in area of sales or business analyst position
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (Macros, Pivoting and knowledge of various formulas)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint presentation development
