Job Description

As a Lead HR Partner in Aptiv's Braga site, you will be instrumental in fostering a people-first culture that drives innovation and growth. You will collaborate with business leaders to develop talent strategies, enhance employee engagement, and ensure teams have the necessary resources in a dynamic, high-tech environment. Your responsibilities include translating business strategies into HR initiatives, managing complex employee relations, and supporting recruitment and talent development.

  • Translating business strategies into actionable HR initiatives
  • Ensuring consistent application and understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with leaders to address HR-related needs and challenges
  • Supporting employees through organizational changes and initiatives
  • Driving key organizational health and employee engagement initiatives
  • Managing complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations
  • Providing guidance on performance management
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development
  • Drawing on HR data and KPIs to identify trends and make informed decisions
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • More than 3 years' experience in an HR Partner / HRBP role
  • English C1 level
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

YOUR ROLE

  • Translating business strategies into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring consistent application and understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with leaders to address HR-related needs and challenges within their business units, supporting them and employees through organizational changes and initiatives.
  • Driving key organizational health and employee engagement initiatives with business.
  • Managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on performance management.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development within their assigned business units.
  • Drawing on HR data and KPI to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive improvements in HR practices.
  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards

YOUR BACKROUND

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • More than 3 years' experience in an HR Partner /HRBP.
  • English C1 level
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS, Workday is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Strategic Thinker.
  • Excellent communicator, with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solver with excellent analytical skill
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
