Job Summary
The Partner Rep will be central to Nike's 'win on the ground' strategy, identifying business opportunities with Key Sports partners in France to maximize revenue and market share. This role involves developing strong relationships with focus partners, driving day-to-day management of Access Partners, ensuring optimal product assortment and display, and delivering high-quality product education. The rep will also support retail elevation projects and collaborate with marketing to leverage sport moments for commercial opportunities.
Must Have
- Identify business opportunities with Key Sports partners to maximize revenue and gain market shares.
- Develop strong relationships with focus partners doors.
- Drive day-to-day partner management with Access Partners.
- Ensure Key Sports Partners offer the right and relevant assortment for consumers.
- Display products in the best possible way.
- Deliver high quality product education to their staff.
- Identify product opportunities to optimize Nike sales.
- Drive sell through by preparing and delivering educational platforms for store staff.
- Support retail elevation projects across our market.
- Collaborate with retail marketing teams to maximize sport moments and product stories.
- Open to travel in France 2-3 days a week.
- 3-5 years overall business experience that includes account management, retail buying or merchandising.
- Strong working knowledge of sports, the athletics industry & trends in the marketplace.
Good to Have
- Experience in sales is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, the Partner Rep will report to the Key Sports Manager and be a part of the larger Key Sports sales team in France. This role will work closely with several cross functional teams within such as planning, marketing, merchandising, finance and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategy.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will identify business opportunities with our Key Sports partners on the ground to maximize revenue and gain market shares. You will develop a strong relationship with our focus partners doors.
You will also drive the day-to-day partner management with few Access Partners.
- Open to travel in France 2-3 days a week.
- 3-5 years overall business experience that includes account management, retail buying or merchandising.
- Experience in sales is highly preferred, strong working knowledge of sports, the athletics industry & trends in the marketplace
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven teamwork ability toward developing and maintaining collaborative relationships across teams, functions and organisational layers.

As a Partner Rep, you will ensure that our Key Sports Partners offer in stores the right and relevant assortment for our consumers, display our products in the best possible way and deliver high quality product education to their staff.

- You will support retail elevation projects across our market and find ways to leverage best in class practices.
- You will collaborate with retail marketing teams to maximize sport moments and product stories to unlock commercial opportunities.
