Job Description

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Manual QA Tester. The role involves manually testing Salesforce applications, validating business requirements, and ensuring seamless functionality. Responsibilities include performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, identifying and tracking defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and a passion for software quality.

Good To Have:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder).
Experience with testing integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Basic knowledge of testing APIs and web services.

Must Have:

Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom solutions.
Review and analyze user stories, requirements, and technical documentation to create detailed test plans and test cases.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure software meets defined standards.
Identify, document, and track defects in the bug-tracking system and work closely with developers to resolve them.
Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation rules to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Test Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data integrity to ensure accurate insights and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software.
Stay updated on Salesforce updates and releases to ensure system compatibility and best practices.
2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester, with at least 1 year focused on Salesforce applications.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, validation rules, and reports.
Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
Understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
