Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio) for multi-channel engagement. Key responsibilities include integrating external databases and APIs into Salesforce Data Cloud, building data ingestion flows, data models, and calculated insights. The developer will write and optimize AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS, partner with stakeholders to translate marketing requirements, and enforce coding standards. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of Marketing Cloud development experience, active Salesforce certifications, and proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, API integrations, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
  • Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant).
  • Proven ability to create and optimize customer journeys using Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
  • Solid understanding of data-driven marketing, personalization, and segmentation strategies.
