Job Description
RoofStacks is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. Responsibilities include a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with distributed and cross-functional teams, experienced in conflict resolution, and possess high learning agility. The role involves fostering an Agile mindset, driving adoption, and ensuring efficient project execution across various tech domains including Tourism Systems, Extended Reality, Blockchain, Game Development, and Fintech. The position is based in Istanbul and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

- Agile framework expertise (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)

Job Details
As Roof Stacks, we have been carrying out innovative projects since 2015. We aim to become a global actor in Tourism Systems, Extended Reality(AR/VR), Blockchain Technologies, Game Development, and Financial Technology, which are our areas of expertise. We focus on creating a difference with the technologies we develop and designing the future. In addition to our central office in Ataşehir/İstanbul, we have branches in Antalya and Elazığ in Turkey. We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.
Qualifications:
*Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
*Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
*Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
*Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
*Capable of fostering Agile mindset and driving adoption at both team and organizational levels
*Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
*Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban
*Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
*Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, etc.)
*Skilled in working with distributed and cross-functional teams
*Experienced in conflict resolution and facilitating collaborative decision-making
*High Learning Agility capacity
*Solid knowledge of product development lifecycles and Agile planning techniques
