Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the cross-functional testing team using Kanban principles to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
• Facilitate team synchronization, iterations planning, and retrospectives
• Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts
• Support AI-based migration from UFT to Playwright, including understanding of large language models
• Foster continuous improvement and self-organization within the team
• Generate ideas for efficient monitoring with demonstrable benefits
• Uphold agile principles of transparency, inspection, and adaptation
• Collaborate with relevant departments within Deutsche Telekom
