This is a second new graduate position for those who "love manga anyway!" and "want to become a manga editor!".

First, you will join as an editor candidate and aim to become an editor while engaging in work.

We are looking for applications from those who are inexperienced but want to become a manga editor.

Salary

Annual salary 4 million yen to 10 million yen

• Consideration will be given to experience and ability, and determined according to our company regulations.
• There may also be cases of contract employees.
• Semi-annual performance incentive system outside of annual salary available.
• Annual salary includes prescribed overtime work allowance and late-night work allowance. Paid regardless of the presence of overtime work.

• 5.4 million yen / 27 years old
• 6 million yen / 30 years old
• 7.6 million yen / 38 years old

Working Hours

10:00~19:00 (Scheduled working hours 8 hours)

Break time 60 minutes (13:00~14:00)

• Average monthly overtime: Approximately 18 hours (2023 actual)

Required Conditions

• People who want to be an editor
• People who can seriously engage in work while observing time
• No current work experience or skills are required

• *Second new graduate* refers to those who graduated from university (including doctoral courses) or graduate school between March 2022 and March 2024 and have work experience.
