Job Description

You will be responsible for the creative production of websites, SNS images, digital advertisements, and interactive content related to entertainment content such as games and anime provided by Cygames.

About the Web Creative Department

The Web Creative Department is a specialized department in the web domain that produces and manages websites and digital advertisements that convey the appeal of Cygames' game content.

We are responsible for a wide range of creative tasks, from official websites for each title to creating advertising banners for SNS, and planning and producing interactive content that users can enjoy.

Since many of these creations are the first point of contact for users with the content, high design skills, deep understanding of content, proposal ability, and communication skills are required.

Specific Job Duties

• Design production of official websites for each game title and associated LP pages.
• Design production of corporate websites for Cygames and related subsidiaries.
• Design and UI/UX design for various Cygames ID sites.
• Design production of advertising creatives for digital marketing.
• Other creative production for external promotion and public relations.

Salary

Annual salary 4 million yen to 10 million yen

◆ Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.

*Contract employees and outsourced contracts may also be available.

◆ Semi-annual performance incentive system in addition to annual salary.

◆ Annual salary includes prescribed overtime allowance and late-night work allowance. Paid regardless of the presence of overtime work.

◆ Annual salary examples:

5.4 million yen / 27 years old

6 million yen / 30 years old

7.6 million yen / 38 years old

Working Hours

10:00~19:00 (8 hours of prescribed work)

Break time 60 minutes (13:00~14:00)

Required Conditions

• 3+ years of practical experience as a Web Designer.
• Experience utilizing Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator in business.
• Ability to understand requirements and issues and propose design solutions.
• Able to submit a portfolio.

Welcome Conditions

• Experience designing global sites not only for Japan but also for overseas.
• Experience designing medium to large-scale web services and web applications.
• Experience building/operating design systems.
• Experience creating design data considering multi-person web development.
• Experience creating websites using animation and other visuals.
• Experience implementing interactive expressions using JavaScript.
