Job Summary
Two Point Studios is looking for a Senior 3D Artist to join their team and contribute to asset creation for upcoming game releases. The role involves working closely with the Lead Artist and other internal art teams to meet art requirements and standards. The Senior Artist will collaborate with Art, Code, Design, and Animation teams, contributing ideas and ensuring the game shines. Responsibilities include championing art direction, supporting art planning, delivering milestones, and optimizing art creation pipelines. The ideal candidate will have significant games industry experience with a focus on 3D art, be a team player, have a passion for game development, and be proficient in 3D modeling, texturing, and materials.
Must Have
- Significant experience as a 3D artist in the games industry.
- Passionate about working with design for art and gameplay.
- Develop, mentor, and support others.
- Fast and efficient 3D modeller.
- Creative eye for art direction.
- Work on new ideas from briefs.
- Knowledge of major 3D software (Maya preferred).
- Experience with Unity or game engines.
- Experience with Adobe Substance Painter.
- Effective communication with artists, designers, and programmers.
- Establish technical guidelines for asset creation.
- Real passion for making game art.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Two Point Hospital and/or Two Point Campus.

- Working with the Lead Artist to be another representative and champion of the art direction, quality and standards for our games.
- Working with the Production team to support the planning of the art requirements of our games, with a focus on 3D art, so that we have a realistic view of what’s required and a plan to deliver it across the game’s development.
- Working with the Production team to deliver the milestones and sprints for our games, and the required 3D art and assets.
- Working closely with the development team (code, design and animation) to deliver the best cohesive experience and ensure all 3D art developed works amazingly with all other aspects of the game.
- Helping to identify further development for the pipelines and processes for art creation across the studio to ensure efficient development is possible and manageable.
- 3D asset creation from modelling to texturing to materials.
- Possibly level creation and layout in conjunction with the design team.
- Optimisation, technical, pipeline and efficiency tasks.
- Significant experience as an artist within the games industry, with a focus on 3D art.
- A team player who is passionate about working with design to make the best game in terms of art and gameplay.
- A passion to develop, mentor and support others.
