The Enterprise Solutions Business Unit
The Enterprise Solutions Business Unit at Truecaller focuses on providing value to medium / large enterprises by improving the way they communicate with their customers. Our brand identity management solutions help businesses achieve more by enhancing their presence on Truecaller as a Verified Business. We also help improve call productivity and efficiency and message-response-rates by adding trust, context & safety to communication.

As part of our aggressive growth plans, we are looking for young, energetic and customer obsessed professionals to join our Enterprise Sales Team in the Go-To-Market organization
As an Account Manager, you are expected to leverage your existing relationships as well as build new relationships across our enterprise accounts to help position and drive adoption of our communication suite of enterprise products.
What you bring in:
- 8+ years of solid experience in value-based selling of enterprise products.
- Good track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience in driving high velocity deal cycles end to end across enterprise accounts.
- Good understanding of how SaaS/CPaaS products can unlock value for enterprises, and how software products work.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and reseller partners for deal closures.
- Excellent at relationship building.
- Has been a trusted business partner to the customer in understanding their challenges and how they can be addressed by our enterprise products.
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual.
The impact you will create:
- Identify and engage with high-potential enterprise customers for our enterprise products.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients: act as the primary point of contact, understand their evolving needs, address issues and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Develop and implement retention programmes to minimise churn and maximise lifetime value of clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations, customer support) to deliver value and seamless service to clients.
- Identify, prospect and acquire new clients by understanding their needs, positioning our solutions and closing sales.
- Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, including outreach, networking, proposals and negotiation.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong first experience.
- Track, analyse and report on key sales and retention metrics (e.g., new accounts, churn rate, contract renewals, upsell revenue) and use insights to refine strategies.
- Build an always active deals pipeline with a high velocity conversion rate
- Accurately forecasting and meeting monthly revenue targets.
- Help build success stories with our enterprise customers.
