Broadcom (Sr.) Account Manager (Chengdu/Shanghai/Shenzhen)

Job Description:

This Sales Account Manager role is responsible for Broadcom optical component business in key optical module customers in West China. This role needs to work with Broadcom Business Unit, Operation and FAE team to promote, sell and support Broadcom Optical solution including PAM4 DSP, Laser (VCSEL/EML/DFB) and Driver/TIA. It requires knowledge and experiences on Optical module and components. This role also requires industry knowledge on Datacenter/Telco Networking, AI and 5G/PON

Responsibilities

• Account manager to take the sales ownership in Optical Module customers in West China
• Support and execute the Broadcom business and product strategy in assigned customers
• Provide sales forecast and drive the quarterly revenue and design-win target
• Manage the daily communication with customer to ensure the customer satisfactory
• Work with internal operation and external partners to meet customer delivery needs
• Work with FAE and BU to drive the design-in and technical support

Qualifications/Requirements/Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in EE or Optical communication.
• 5 or more years (equivalent) working experience in networking & optical industry to promote and manage the semiconductor component business.
• Familiar and good understanding on at least one of followings industries: Optical communication, Datacenter networks, Telecom Transport and Core network, Broadband and Wireless Access
• Familiar and good understanding on at least one of followings technologies: PAM4 DSP, Optical laser, Driver/TIA
• Successful sales record in continuously meeting sales target.
• Strong communication skill and good written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
• Quick learning capability and self-motivation.
• Willing to support frequent travel.
• Good teamwork and also feel comfortable to work in a high-pressure environment.
