Senior Accountant (Tax & Fixed Assets)

Gameloft is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Senior Accountant specializing in Tax and Fixed Assets for their Saigon studio. This role involves comprehensive tax compliance, including VAT, FCT, PIT, and CIT filings, tax planning, and liaising with authorities. The accountant will also manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, perform monthly closing tasks, oversee banking operations, and contribute to process improvements and reporting.

Must Have

• Handle end-to-end tax compliance including VAT/FCT/PIT/CIT filings, e-invoicing, tax payments, audits, and VAT refunds.
• Conduct tax research, support tax planning initiatives, and liaise with tax authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Manage fixed assets lifecycle: additions, depreciation, disposals, annual inventory, and VAS/IFRS reconciliation.
• Perform monthly closing tasks such as provisioning, accrual runs, detailed account listings, and reporting submissions.
• Oversee banking operations with HSBC, including payments, credit card management, and daily FX rate updates.
• Review and update accounting processes, and provide training on new processes to local teams.
• Prepare statutory and internal reports, manage legal documentation, support auditors, and handle various ad-hoc tasks.
