Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations, ideally within travel, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Looker preferred), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and influence strategic direction.
- Experience leading cross-functional or high-visibility projects with measurable business impact.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to distill insights for executive audiences.
- Comfortable working with North American and global teams; flexible to collaborate across time zones.

- Fluency in additional European languages (German, Spanish, or French) is an asset.

About this team
The Travel Supply team is considered the lifeblood of Super.com’s Travel business, working with dozens of partners around the world to provide best-in-class hotel inventory and pricing; creating savings that we can pass onto our millions of users. Our Global team is skilled in leveraging data and developing valuable relationships with external supplier partners to build impactful strategies and solutions to meet these objectives. The Supply team also plays a key role internally, working cross-functionally with Super.com’s Technical, Data, and Growth teams to optimize our holistic supply and Travel business performance.
About this role
As a Senior Analyst, Strategy for the Travel Supply team, you will play a critical leadership role in scaling our supplier strategy, international growth, and revenue optimization. You’ll drive the analytical roadmap, lead high-impact projects, and act as a trusted advisor to Supply leadership. This role requires strong business judgment, data fluency, and the ability to turn insights into strategic initiatives. You’ll oversee projects such as global competitiveness benchmarking, hotel segmentation, and expansion into new verticals, while representing our UK market and contributing to our broader international footprint.
What you’ll be working on
- Maintain, update, and improve analytics infrastructure including dashboards, pipelines, and alerts.
- Develop new data sources to support day-to-day decisions.
- Lead projects related to our rate marketplace, hotel segmentation, international expansion, overall competitiveness, and expansion into new verticals beyond hotel.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to guide Supply’s strategy
- Continuously review performance and evaluate opportunities both globally and for the United Kingdom specifically, working with MATs to prioritize efforts that drive growth.
- Oversee administrative matters for Super.com’s UK legal entity from the company’s UK office.
- Act as ultimate in-country decision maker related to Super.com’s UK business.
