This role involves designing realistic character combat animations and optimizing motion assets for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include creating combat animations, rigging characters and props, collaborating with external vendors, and improving team workflow by developing and implementing efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating impactful combat animations, a deep understanding of action game mechanics and 3C principles, and proficiency in Maya (preferred) or 3ds Max. Unreal Engine experience and familiarity with animation blueprints are also essential, along with a passion for utilizing new engine features. The position requires expertise in creating process documents and driving their implementation across the team.
