10 Chambers is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Art Generalist with a primary focus on Environment and Hard Surface art for their upcoming cooperative heist FPS, Den of Wolves. The role involves creating high-quality environment and hard surface assets, collaborating with the art and level design teams for efficient world-building, and optimizing assets for performance. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of industry experience in AAA titles and strong proficiency in relevant 3D software and PBR workflows.
Good To Have:
  • Expertise to complete weapon models from start to finished shippable assets
  • Experience from Z-Brush
  • Sketching, drawing, design, and painting skills
Must Have:
  • 6 years+ industry experience working in a similar role and with a proven track record of shipping AAA titles
  • Strong understanding of modular environments and efficient world-building workflows
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong proficiency in Hard Surface and Environment Art
  • Strong knowledge in Blender, Maya / Max, Unity 3D, Substance Painter/Designer
  • Experience working with PBR workflows
  • Self-motivator, collaborative, and passionate about your work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent command of English

We are now working on our next project, a cooperative heist FPS in a techno-thriller setting - Den of Wolves. Originated and directed by Ulf Andersson, the game designer of Payday: The Heist & Payday 2.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Generalist, with a main focus on Environment and Hard Surface, who is passionate about games and wants to join us in our journey of bringing Den Of Wolves to life.

Example of responsibilities

  • Create high-quality environment and hard surface assets, with a focus on architecture, machinery and structural details visible both in first-person and the wider game world.
  • Work closely with the Environment Art and Hard Surface team to create and integrate assets into modular kits, trim sheets, and set dressing for efficient world building.
  • Collaborate with Level Design to ensure that environment assets support gameplay readability, navigation, and narrative context.
  • Optimize assets for performance and memory constraints while maintaining artistic quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 years+ industry experience working in a similar role and with a proven track record of shipping AAA titles
  • Strong understanding of modular environments and efficient world-building workflows.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating strong proficiency in Hard Surface and Environment Art.
  • Strong knowledge in Blender, Maya / Max, Unity 3D, Substance Painter/Designer.
  • Experience working with PBR workflows.
  • Self-motivator, collaborative, and passionate about your work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent command of English (Swedish is not a requirement).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Has the expertise to complete weapon models from start to finished shippable assets.
