In business analysis at PwC, you will focus on analysing and interpreting data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving business performance. Your work will involve strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
  • Experience in HR/Finance data domains and Workday knowledge
  • Ability to perform gap analysis between legacy systems and Workday
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and transformation rules
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between business & technical teams

Minimum: Business analysis background with HR/Finance system knowledge, Excel proficiency (data manipulation, pivots, summaries).

Nice to Have: Familiarity with data governance/compliance frameworks, Workday reporting knowledge, and client-facing workshop facilitation experience.
