Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
Experience in HR/Finance data domains and Workday knowledge
Ability to perform gap analysis between legacy systems and Workday
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and transformation rules
Strong communication skills to liaise between business & technical teams

Minimum: Business analysis background with HR/Finance system knowledge, Excel proficiency (data manipulation, pivots, summaries).

Nice to Have: Familiarity with data governance/compliance frameworks, Workday reporting knowledge, and client-facing workshop facilitation experience.
