In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services) to join our Business Analysis & Quality Assurance team.
- Analyze and understand business needs for financial services clients, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure systems fully meet business requirements
- Analyze client processes, design user journeys and identify opportunities for digitization and optimization
- Translate functional specifications and business process analysis into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with financial services regulations and standards
- Conduct data mapping for migration/integration projects
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders from business, operations, risk/compliance, and IT
- Present prototypes to the client and gather / process client feedback
- Effectively communicate with business and technical teams at all levels, including senior stakeholders in financial institutions
- Prepare of high-quality deliverables mainly including business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications, etc
What you bring matters
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Administration or other relevant field
- At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience in IT projects in the Financial Services/Banking and/or Insurance Sector
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in the Financial Services/Banking and/or Insurance domain (products, processes, and regulatory environment)
- Experience in business process design and understanding of applications with preference in CRM, ERP, RPA and BPM; experience with core banking, payment processing, or policy administration platforms is an advantage
- Excellent skills on planning, strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Passion to work in a multidisciplinary teams and projects
- Creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
- Self motivation for continued learning and development
- Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
