Senior Business Analyst

N-iX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a team working on a system for a worldwide leader in automotive safety. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining user stories and functional specifications, and bridging communication between business and technical teams. The analyst will ensure solutions align with business goals, manage tasks, conduct refinement sessions with the development team, identify risks, and prepare product roadmaps in collaboration with the client.

Must Have

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Define user stories and functional specifications
• Connect business and technical teams
• Ensure solution aligns with business goals and processes
• Work closely with client representatives on requirements elicitation
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Work closely with development team, conduct refinement sessions
• Identify any technical or operational constraints impacting requirements
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Prepare roadmap of the product in cooperation with a client
• At least 5 years of commercial experience as Business Analyst
• Good theoretical understanding of software development
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions
• Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements
• Ability to identify and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of manufacturing/industrial processes and quality control
• Process modeling
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
