LikeCard is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve key metrics like GMV, AOV, churn, CAC, and ROAS. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards, monitoring performance, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in BI or Data Analytics, preferably in eCommerce, with strong SQL and data visualization skills.

Must Have:- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Conduct deep dives on user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, and monetization.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve key metrics (e.g. GMV, AOV, churn, CAC, ROAS).
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- Monitor performance against goals and proactively flag issues or opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support initiatives with data.
- Track and analyze marketing and growth performance across channels, funnels, and customer segments to drive acquisition, retention, and ROI.
- Translate business questions into analytical problems and communicate results clearly.
- Support A/B tests and experimentation with rigorous data analysis.
- Contribute to cohort, retention, and attribution models to improve decision-making.
- Validate and clean data, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and maintain data accuracy.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, preferably in eCommerce or digital business.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL (Fabric, BigQuery, Azure, Snowflake, or similar).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for quick analysis and modelling.
- Solid understanding of key eCommerce metrics and business models.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex findings.
